Responsible for managing the California High Speed Rail Authority Program Controls Department which included estimators, cost engineers, schedulers and document control staff. Provided day to day project controls support and reporting to successfully provide for California’s transportation future. Provide and implement an integrated system of project controls and reports to manage the $63.4 billion dollar program using a variety of tools including MS SharePoint, Oracle Primavera P6, Oracle Primavera CM 14 and Arc GIS.

PMC responsible for BEMCO (as main contractor) Project Management in the preparation and implementation of proper Execution Plan, project procedures an methodologies, project schedule, cost control, communication, document control, change orders management, risk management, contract administration, progress monitoring, recommending corrective and preventive actions and reporting.
