Senior Project Controls Manager. Responsibility included FEL 3 studies reviews, early engineering, conceptual planning, engineering and procurement through construction, and commercial operation. The Ma’aden Alcoa aluminum joint venture investment of $11B. Mega project that comprised the refinery, the smelter, and rolling mill. 

Project Controls Manager, monitor Contractor JV planning staff.
