Senior Project Controls Analyst

As a typical Project Controls professional, I'm responsible to deliver the followings:

I've working Oil & Gas upstream and downstream projects for various EPC and operator companies.

Lead in 3-member Project Controls group on two US Navy multi-year multiple task order environmental remedial investigation contracts (total value of $375M).  Project scope covered preparing work plans, conducting field investigation including drilling and sampling, laboratory analysis of field samples, data validation of lab data, and report writing.  Project locations covered south-eastern US states.

·         Project Controls Lead of large baseline tank terminal EPC project with TIC $350M;

·         Supervised 6 schedulers and cost controllers for multiple O&G EPC projects;

·         Mentored and coached 8 schedulers and cost controllers as SME;

·         Developed KPI Report, Progress Measurement, Histograms and S-Curves templates based on EVM principles using MS Excel;

8 years of experience in planning, scheduling, and cost control on the project and construction management teams of 5 large-scale projects.
