Senior Planning & Schedule Engineer

Job Duties:

Rehabilitation Project No (7593-420) - Ras Shukheir - Red Sea - Egypt

The Scope of this contracted work shall consist of carry out the required engineering, procurement, services, construction, supervision, and project management for Gupco Rehabilitation Project. The Existing offshore facilities consist of 9 complexes including steel structural platforms, Gas riser, Vessels and topside facilities, 69 satellites, more than 500 wells and approximately 1600 km of Sub-Sea pipelines.

Plnner Scheduler,

Provide detailed plans and schedules for industrial, gas, steel, coal handling mining, tolll roads, hydro electric works projects.

1. Create, maintain and updating Master Schedule (using Primavera Version 5).
2. Create Two Weeks Look Ahead Schedule in level 5.
3. Review Sub-Contractor schedule and progress and ensure the progress of Sub-Contractor is correct.
4. CPM analysis.
5. Oversee any possible delay of work and prepare catch up plan.
6. Studied the possibilities of delays in the work and proposed solutions to overcome these delays.
7. Plan allocation of labor and equipment and compare with actual conditions in the site.
8. Make a budget plan using Primavera P5

1. Reviews implementation schedules on continuing basis to ensure achieving the required goals.
2. Help Project management team in comparing project achievements with the target schedule and highlight area of concern.
3. Help Project management team in Evaluating project schedule and cost performance by earned value measurements.
4. Analyze delays by creating delay responsibility matrix (preliminary document helps in case of future claims).
5. Guide the PM how to recover the delays either in days or slippage in Project percent complete.
