Senior Planning & Project Control Engineer

• Develop planning and scheduling, progress measurement and progress reporting requirements and to incorporate them into the Tenders / Agreements (FEED, EPC)
• Depth-in review and analysis of all submittals from contractors related to planning, scheduling, progress measurement, reporting, time analysis, project resource loading, critical path, productivity, compliance with work breakdown structure, production of 'what if scenario, individual plan to suit both COPI, BP Migas and Contractors, includes verification of

Project Info:        New Phosphate Rock Terminal Aqaba, Jordan

Project Brief:           An EPC Project consists of Marine Terminal for Ship loading facility (shiploader capacity: 2200 t/h) with material storage & handling system consists of pipe conveyor, belt conveyors, chain conveyors, Truck Unloading Stations& Bulk Flat Stores (capacity 80,000MT x 3) for Phosphate.

Responsibilities:

Since 2005 Wroking As Planning Engineer , Senior Planning , and then Now last 1 year working As Planning Manager , Supervising 10 Planners on all the Sites of My Company

• Co-ordination of time schedules with engineers of other departments.
• Development and preparation of time schedules
• Collection and collation of weekly and monthly progress data.
• Verification of progress by inspections/site visits
• Preparation of weekly and monthly reports
• Resource loading and resource analysis of time schedule
