Responsible for planning management of the ventures of Pellet Plants of VALE.

Coordination team of Planning, Measurement and costs of the project.

Based in Atyrau, Kazakhstan for the Early Works phase of the Kashagan Development Project for Agip KCO. Providing assistance to the Client in using RoK national companies to develop the Infrastructure Projects with specific responsibility for planning of Rail Link, Permanent Camp (500 man) + Contractors Camp (5,000 man) and Site Preparation Process Plant.

§  Preparation & Monitoring of Construction Master Programme.

§  Scheduling project including material & manpower planning.

§  Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.

AECOM provided the project management services of the multi-billion dollars New Hamad Port Project, Qatar Emiri Naval Forces Base and Qatar Economic Zone 3. • As a key member of the Planning Department, there is heavy involvement in the development phases of the project and is the sole responsible for the development of the over-all project schedule – design concept, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and hand-over. • Apply mixed approaches to project development thereby allowing for a more organized monitoring and control.
