Thirty years of project delivery in various roles, these included; Programme Manager, Project Manager, Planning/Scheduling, Risk Management.

Project work has included Various Business Amalgamations, I.T. Software development and implementation, Development of Bespoke Integrated Project Management tools for project delivery.

The last 15 years have been the delivery of Projects for the Utilities Industry (electricity generation). These have included off shore Wind Farms, Coal, Gas, Biomass, Hydro, and Nuclear Power Stations. This work ranges from Construction to Replants.

since Sep 2005 and till now, I'm working in the planning & scheduling field. I used P3 then switched to P6 in 2008, then Oracle P6 R7 and recently I installed Primavera P6 Proffessional Release 8.0

Report to the Hook-up Manager on a short-term assignment; focus on the progress monitoring, scope growth/change control and resource rundown, on the Buzzard hook-up, using Primavera P3 

• Prepared and submitted Baseline Programmes and S-Curves with Man Power & Equipment Histograms
• Monitoring the Progress of the work as per the schedule
• Prepared and presented the bar charts and variance reports to higher management during periodical progress meetings
• Reviewing the project progress by highlighting the critical path and the critical activities to be performed by Construction department time to time for timely completion of the project.

1. Create, maintain and updating Master Schedule (using Primavera Version 6).
2. Create Construction Schedule / Shop Drawing Schedule in level 4/5.
3. Work performance analysis using KPI.
4. Making Earn Value Analysis report to management.
5. CPM analysis.
6. Oversee any possible delay of work and prepare catch up plan.
7. Monitoring and recording progress day by day and ensure that the data entered into the master schedule is correct.
8. Create and update PMS (Project Measurement System).
9. Monitor progress and schedule of Engine

Planning and overseeing the entire program of work. As well as ensuring that construction is completed safely to a high technical standard.



1- Selecting the appropriate techniques and sequence of events for the project.

2- Drawing up plans and presenting schedules of work, often with visual aids such as bar charts and procedures diagrams.

3- Using specialist planning computer software.

4- Monitoring progress throughout the construction process and comparing this with the projected schedule of work.
