• Implement and update the Construction schedule, S Curves for all disciplines through the project life.

Resources capacity planning for the department
Establish schedule ‘baseline’ for all the phases and ensure control mechanisms are in place to monitor performance
Weekly update of overall integrated project schedule including S-Curves and Histograms
Prepare internal planning reports for Project Management and Project Team to monitor FEED/EPC contractor project and performance
