• Preparation of Programmes and other schedule control systems required by Client prior to project construction.
• Manage the progress updating of this reports  on a regular period as required by the Client
• Prepare the Planning Sections of the PM Report to the Client
• Provide support on tender preparation and submission.

—  Developed Planning & control departments, role, policies, standards & formats

—  Define foundation of good project controls

Proposal & tendering

—  Prepare Level2 schedule for submission to client as part  of proposal

—  Review all documents & resources related to planning & scheduling at proposal level
