Been working in the Enterprise versions of Primavera since they first came out in 2001, even beta-tested the original P4 version. Currently am managing databases and the administration of the 11 existing databases containing over 800 licenses.

Implementing project control system, including POP (Procurement Operating Plan) & EOP (Expediting Operating Plan).
Developing the EPC Schedule to provide an object orientated WBS, on a fully resource and cost loaded schedule. Progress performance and analysis reporting, including, S-curves and progress reports. Supervise, manage & mentor two Planners working under me.
Developed the EPC Master Project Schedule for the engineering & procurement & construction phase of the project. (LSTK Lump Sum Turnkey Project)
My responsibilities were to ensure that the Project Team and Manager are aware of the current status and critical issues on the project. Management of the other project Planner working on site.
Integration of contractors schedules into the overall project schedule.
Evaluate the Contractors progress and report back
Update the schedule on a weekly basis, including setting up of the S-Curves.
