Senior Planner

Senior Planner Responsible for building, optimising, and implementation of multiple programmes in line with the NEC 3 Contractual requirements including design, procurement, construction, and acceptance. Implementation of a central planning service for the business unit including the development of junior planning staff in line with the Galliford Try Water Frameworks standard practises. Design and implementation of reporting systems such as ‘dashboards’ for project progress including design, procurement, construction, acceptance, and commercial performance.

Lead Planner for the Engineering Services Contract (Launch Services - LX) for NASA. I oversee the management of the individual Element planners. Additionally I review / validate adherence to DCMA & GOA scheduling guidelines and metrics. Our current IMS consists of 54 projects and @ 9,500 tasks. 

Working within a large project controls team on the Sadara project Chem 1 Envelope.
