Alan is an experienced Project Controls professional with particular focus on planning with many years’ experience working in the Pharmaceutical Industry, both Chemical API and Biologics (drug substance and drug product) and Micro-Processing Industry. He has specialised in the coordination of complex ‘system based’ projects, which require high levels of interactive planning, involving wide stakeholder groups.  All scheduling projects were completed using the most recent versions of Primavera or MS Project software.
