Senior Planning Engineer- Project control and monitoring, Evaluation/ Assessment of EOT Claims

Planner, scheduler, advisor, coordinator, supporter, controller. Most importantly I deliver !

Recruited as Senior Planner to AECOM, and worked across many projects. Initially started on Future Luton expansion programme as both PMO and Design Lead Planner, and was then given further projects including HE Blackcat project, Heathrow Baggage, Canada Water, Thames Lower Crossing, etc.

I was then moved to Network Rail NRDD South to support them fixing their portfolio as it was no under control

• Planning and Reviewing construction program of works related to Civil /Structural/ID /MEP / Firefighting & Fire alarm/ELV discipline wise detailed man-hours, cash flow, dashboards, s-curves of the Contractor using Primavera P6 & MS Project and ensure that the Project Plan reflects the project scope and is fully resourced and cost loaded in reference to the BOQ and Engineering drawings issued for siteconstruction.
• Develop and manage appropriate program of works related to design for Civil /Structural/ID/ MEP / Firefighting & Fire alarm / ELV using Primavera P6 and MS

• Responsible to create projects and programme schedules across multiple construction work streams.
• Continuously monitor programmes to ensure they are updated to accurately reflect progress and revised works.
• Deliver lookahead project and programmes plans to team to address key interfaces and outturn projections.
• Analyse and proffered recommendation to project teams on programme risk and mitigation efforts.
• Manage key projects and programmes interfaces at project and task levels.
• Ensure effective programmes and projects support by providing plans,

Senior Planner - Development of schedules in support of the construction of underground rail extensions between London Heathrow Airport’s terminals 3 and 5. 

Co-ordination with the Tunneling team, the MEP Installation Services and the Airport Athority.

Development of micro schedules in to facilitate partial closure and reconnection of the Piccadilly and Heathrow Express Underground sevices.

Client:AWE April 2015 to July 2017

Development and Control of Schedules for M&E and Fit Out for a Major New Facility, including management of contractor schedules to ensure timely delivery of required outputs. Development of an Integrated Master Schedule for integration to the clients Business System.

Working on nuclear and then a Smart motorway.

Using P6 to progress and report on for the Nuclear role, establishing a Cl31 agreed programme for the smart motorway and the providing progress. Senior Planner
