Larry is the Managing Partner of Conquest Consulting Group (CCG). Larry has been actively involved in many of CCG's consulting areas, including providing cold-eyes estimate reviews, estimate preparation, cost engineering organizational development, project controls, risk management and training.
Large Telco Company – £3bn Fibre roll out. Kwok was part of the team that identified issues with a £3bn capex fibre roll out programme and helped to stand up a Command Centre, build a schedule for FY18 and implemented Primavera P6 for FY17. Kwok was also the Regional Lead for London, facilitating the client to deliver to targets and drive consistency in project management approaches.
Kwok was part of team that developed a high-level operating model, and organisation design for a large utility capital delivery organisation responsible for £500m of projects annually. He specifically led the governance elements of the operating model design, and supported key aspects of process and organisation design. He co-facilitated design and review workshops working as part of a joint Deloitte and client team.

Supported major clients (e.g. Stock Exchange, mining companies, financial services, government, retail) with performance management of IT and automated business processes, major upgrades to mainframe systems, competency development of staff, mentored and trained client and internal staff, and proposed, sold and supported (delivered) projects for these serivces for clients.
Major Infrastructure projects. Kwok led a team to advise a larger utility company on what the available finance and contracting options were open to support their largest ever Capex programme.
Graham was invited to guide but demonstrate the capability of their chosen software’s analytical and reporting functions. He quickly understood that the effort previously executed and already being reported had limited value within their client’s project needs.
