O'Connell and Lawrence, Inc. is a civil engineering firm that works for Government and Private owners, legal firms, and contractors throughout the United States.  We provide construction scheduling review services to Government owners, primarily.  We also provide claim preparation and claim defense services to owners, lawyers, and contractors.

I served as Senior Construction Consultant for O’Connell & Lawrence, Inc. I was responsible for the review of construction schedules for a number of on-going highway construction projects in Delaware, Maryland and the District of Columbia. I also performed time impact analysis and claim reviews as needed. I have also prepared conceptual schedules for highway reconstruction projects and review bridge rehabilitation projects.
