Raw Material Planner

> Works with Production Planner to meet the production schedule by ensuring timely & adequate supply of materials to manufacturing.

> Manage/maintain stock policies and packaging and raw material inventory to meet delivery targets.

> Analyze Bill of Materials (BOM’s) to ensure material availability on design changes & manage phase in/out of materials to minimize risk of obsolete stock.

> Ensures the systematic way of planning the Raw Materials to prevent shortages of materials that may cause production stoppages and air shipment.

>  Monitors and control the flow of Raw Materials from forecasting the required order up to procurement and actual consumption.
