Programme, Project Management and Project Controls maturity gap analysis including: facilitation of workshops with project controls area leads, engaging with external consultants. Development and consolidation of the project controls framework to be set by central PMO and corporate functions for programmes and projects to work within. Co-ordination and development of Horizon Project Deliveyr Process and supporting documentation involving detailed discussions with project managers, risk, finance and planning teams. Engagement with SMEs to align HPDP to ther processes.

Working for Innovation Business Vision which is a project management/project control consultancy. The following project was undertaken on their behalf.

Working as a planning consultant at Scottish Power. Tasks included creating a project schedule and associated progress measurement/ reporting structures. Preparing detailed cost/budget reports and projections.
