·         Making base line schedule for the client referring BOQ and drawings

·         Loading resources - to Primavera base on previous productivity rate.

·         Loading (Total project price) cost data to Primavera for getting periodic (Earned value) progress percentage

• Responsible to review, control and monitor the updated Schedule given by the Contractor and compare to the Baseline Schedule
• Responsible to analyze the progress trend and perform forecast analysis of the updated schedule
• Communicate with the Contractor for any negative trends that will lead the project to delay and propose actions to tackle it.

Worked on the LNW Operational Property & Infrastructure Framework based in the North West. 

Day to day tasks included production, costing, resourcing & updating of both tender & live programmes in P3e for all work on the framework ranging from simple resurfacing works on a footbridge to major reconstruction works of lineside properties (Depot, Signal Boxes, Stations etc). 

This was done from interrogating & rationalizing into a workable programme using Form’s A, B &

Plan and monitor the schedule

Analyse the vendor data across the world

preparing weekly and monthly progress report for client

Prepare the management data for internal and external stakeholder

conduct the meetings with the stakeholders

highlight the blockers in the progress and solution for the same.
