Project Planning Engineer

• independently involving in all planning like Construction Baseline Program (with Resource Loading), Project Tracking,  and Monthly report preparation and hands on Acceleration & EOT Claim with overhead costing etc.,

• Liaising with the Project Manager on all project related matters.

• Prepare and maintain the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for all project phases and contract scope of work.

• Develop high level schedule at EPC Contract Award stage.

• Analyze all contract and proposal data, establishing well-defined work activities and create a comprehensive, properly linked schedule.

• Responsible for keeping track of any changes, progress and issues, and adjusting the schedule and other project details as necessary.

• Monitor

·         Updating project schedule on a weekly basis.

·         Prepare tracking sheets for existing projects.

·         Prepare cash flow and cost curve of projects.

·         Collect raw data from site and converting it into technical analysis format generating statistical report.

Work with Project Managers and Project teams to develop and maintain detailed, integrated and resourced master programmes  reflecting all project activities with relevant key dates and milestones to aid analysis and reporting.

Monitor and report overall project progress status, achievement of milestones and analyse project performance in relation to planned performance.
