Project planner and Cost control

The job responsibilities included:

Project Planner and Risk Manager for oil and gas company working on offshore drilling project.

• Responsible for the Project planning, time planning and milestone targets, as well forecast of financial resources plan, contract payment schedule
• Take part in the design meeting and preparations as well all negotiations of contract and project works to be able to make the overall planning, expedite and coordinate the works, in strong cooperation with the Construction Manager, Electrical, Mechanic and Process Engineer
• Taking part of the periodical (weekly) project meetings, responsible for minutes of the meeting and follow up expedite actions
