Scheduling & Planning of all Project Existing or Forthcoming . ◘ As well as creation of Internal Master Schedule including all Projects. Internal Program Development of Resource Tracking and Management Overview in Hours and Cost.◘ Maintaining Control of All projects. Reports and combined reports setup. Individual Program Hours/Work over time Reports and Combined Cost, Work, Resource efficiency over expected period Reports.◘ Set up of Tender Program/Documents required from planning.

Fortescue Metals Group. Project Planner: Capital Improvements Projects for the Ore Processing Facility

• Creation and management of detailed and also high level project schedules
• Responsible for cost/resources loading of programme
• Programme management ie reporting actual performance and variance against planned and forcasts
• Critical path analysis

• providing overall project schedule, monitoring, management experience
• Participation in contract commercial bid evalautions (As required)
• Analyzing scheduke trends, developing and reviwing forcasts.

• Carry out delay analysis to construction programme
• Preparation and defence of extension of time claims
• Analysis of Acceleration, disruption and time optimisation of programmes

• Development of Tender programme into an accepted/construction programme.
• Update/Revise programme with all PMI, Change requests, Compenstation Events, Early Warnings etc
• Cost/Resource loaded programme
• Liasing with senior amangement and memebers of project team with regards to programme control and management.

• Development of Design and Construction Programme for Phase 2 of the TRSP Depot project
• Experience of and utilization of Network Rail Grip 3,4 and 5-8 Methodology
• Attending wash up and work readiness meetingS
• Producing Hr by Hr possession programmes comprising of Civils/building, OLE and P-Way works

• Development of existing tender programme inot an accepted baseline/construction programme.

Preparation of Tender programme for Bid on White City-Holland Park E/B Track reconditioning Project for LU.

Development of Tender Programme for DLR Becton Project into Accepted Baseline/Construction Programme.

Production of Baseline Programme / Master Schedule as per Contract Requirements Develop and define project goals and objectives

Preparation and presentation of regular internal and external project reports for Management and Client Evaluation and analysis with project team of risks and issues compromising project results and develop plans for mitigation

Monitor and evaluate of project effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative tools
