Project Planning and Scheduling - Oil and Gas and Mining Construction

Handling all planning & schedule aspect for assigned project, Scheduling – tender outline program, preliminary and construction work program, Project tracking – project monitoring and progress status report, Financial – cash-flow plan, forecast & tracking, Contractual – contractual disputes & EOT claims, Execution – Mitigation & acceleration plan, & etc…



Projects involved:‐

• (Infrastructure Works – Government Project) Jalan Pos Betau – Lembah Bertam, Pakej 3: Kg Susu – Sg. Bertam (JKR Project) (RM 246 million)

- Support the Global Clinical Planning Office in Oss (NL), Roseland (US) and Osaka (Japan).

                                       - Assist and advise Global Clinical Development Teams and Clinical Trial Teams in order to obtain the most current global project activity status on a bi-weekly basis as well as changes to the resource loading from

Preparation of level 1 to level 3 EPCM project schedule on the basis of SOW documents with the coordination of different departments and integrating sub contractors schedule into main baseline schedule. Identify defined work activities; verify durations, start dates and end dates meet the project needs. Ensure all deviations are reported. Planning and controlling of multi-disciplinary engineering related projects. Experience in pre-construction (design/tender/PO) and construction stages.  Generating reports on planned vs. actual work. 2 Week look head activities reports.

Monitor, update, analyze and report project progress and forecast to client, top and site management using various analyzing tools such as critical path method, milestone trend analysis and s-curves. Prepare specific schedules for procurement, construction (civil, mechanical and electrical) and testing and commissioning.

Working as part of a small Planning Team in a large railway civils’ company partnered with Network Rail working on the LNE civils’ framework.
