Planning both P-Way and Signals for the London South East Rail Network, involving new projects and planned maintenance. Producing reports for use by both project teams and senior management, procurement, resourcing and costing. In terms of Track work, I have been involved in planning work on High Speed main line, heavy haul, urban mass transit commuter systems and light rail transits and also switches and crossings and special track work.

• Provided planning support to project management team. • Updated the progress of the work and prepare reports on scope and schedule of work done in accordance with cost data. • Produced Earn value analysis to evaluate project performance and predict final results of project to project management team using P6. • Prepared the analysis for work scope comparisons and scheduling criteria between multiple projects using P6. • Generated critical path analysis on all projects and normalised the project schedule. • Compared the logic between the baseline schedule and the current schedule.
