Woring with UK Power Networks on their Connections programme, with projects ranging from the updating or installation of equipment and connections to the connection of new generating projects from wind and solar farms.

 Main job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for collecting information , tracking and updating the schedule ,reminding the risk and feedback the experience of project management .
2. Responsible for establishing the TTS / OTS/ MTS/ STS and critical path , providing the SPI and S- curves and total float time .  (EPC)
3. Responsible for analyzing the report with the actual situation of site to optimize the schedule , (PERT) (ES/EF/LS/LF/TF/FF/IF)

Responsible for all planning, scheduling and reporting functions associated with campaigns of drilling, completions, abandonment and interventions involving the following rigs/vessels of SEDCO 714, Skandi Constructor and the West Phoenix. I managed all customer/rental sub sea tooling through mobilisation/demobilisation, inspection/ refurbishment and all maintenance type activities across different campaigns.
