Project Planner

Successfully deliver a Barge before dead line with cooperation of Project team. Awarded with another Barge conversion project to end date. Involved in a few FPSO project and repair works of retrofitting with short durations.

Produce Master Programme and Project Control of all projects in Organization. Monitor Sub-Contractors programmes and evaluate vendors etc..

Drove a team of designers on 2 Design & Engineering Projects, a hotel and a National landmark project in parallel. Assist to troubleshoot on a new system to monitor and manage resources for the Hotel Project.

Project Planner involved in the ff:

• Preparation of detailed fully resourced and cost loaded design, erection, commissioning programmes.
• Preparation of various progress and analysies reports.
• Develop tender programme  to delivery stage
• Critical path analysis

• Monitor and update of programme  in line with progress

I've been working in Oil & Gas/Petro-Chem industry as a Project Planner since 2005.
