Project Management and Institutional Development Lead

Project management lead responsible for project management advisory services as part of the Joint Development Partner (JDP) comprising of WSP, Mott-Macdonald, and Ernst & Young providing Project Management, Technical Advisory and Procurement Advisory Services to the Malaysia and Singapore governments assisting the clients in establishing project PMO, reference design, procurement strategy, tender documentation, tendering and selection of the contractors for the project.
