• Monitoring vessel movement and preparing daily report of vessels
• Liaise with vessel owner and client for any project requirements and mobilization plan
• Preparation of vessel prior to onhire and offhire, safety and regulatory conformance and suitability inspection of a project (OSVIS, BV, DNVGL)
• Liaise with Port Agents for berthing & piloting, crew transfer, provision supplies, MGO, ship permits, customs documentation and bills of lading

Responsible for Walmart China Fresh Ditrbution Centers Recruitment Project which was one of the main strategic projects for Walmart China. Took charge of distance recruiment fo FDCs located in 4 different cities, conducted onsite surveys to collect the updated labor martket data and reported to HRSVP.
