Involved in designing of steel structures such as shopping malls, accommodation & office buildings, showrooms, aircraft hangars, sports facilities, warehouses, etc based on latest international codes and standards (UBC, IBC, MBMA, ASCE, ANSI, AISC, LRFD, BS, AISI) using several software to produce optimized designs using 3D and composite design

• Led the Engineering team for the construction execution of submarine cable, overhead transmission line, substation, building and underground cable projects;
• Led the development of project controls processes and standards;
• Led the development and update of project schedule, cost report, cash flow, progress billing, KPI report, progress report, daily report, resource planning, curve and histogram;
• Led the development of labor, materials, equipment, cutting list and cost estimates and construction methodology and sequence;

Project: Refurbishment of an historical building into luxury houses (approx. US$ 8.7M, execution phase)

·     Project manager for the construction of 4 drilling rigs modules (OSX WHP 1&2). Project was a consortium with Norwegian companies and had interfaces in Singapore, Vietnam, Houston and Brazil offices. Multicultural project. Contract value of U$ 22M.

·     Responsible for the working group to implement a PMO in SAM.

·     Focal point for Project Management of M-I SWACO in SAM.

·            Development of Reporting system & Master Project Schedule from scratch (L0 to L4)

·         Assigned as team head in the preparation of bid proposals.

·         Prepare cost estimates, quantity/materials take-off, master schedule, manpower and equipment schedules, bar chart, S-Curve, Pert-CPM, manpower histogram and detailed schedule.

§  Spearheading efforts across the entire gamut of responsibilities including supervising of construction activities, installation, erection & commissioning of mechanical equipments.

§  Monitoring the project from start to finish and make any necessary changes along the way through change control process, ensuring swiftly ramping up of the projects within the pre defined time and budget parameters without compromising on safety, quality and environmental requirements.
