Project Coordination and Planning Engineer

• Working as a Planning Manager and project Coordinator at Head Office for the Strategic Business Unit for Various projects from 6^th December 2011 to Till date
• Tender Planning which includes detailed Method Statements, Primavera resource schedule, Equipment forecasting and other technical documents as per the tender schedule
• Project coordination which includes involvement in engineering, Procurement of bulk and long lead items, project planning and cost budgeting of construction projects

I worked in the capacity of coordination and project planning engineer. The project was about the construction of a Two Story Hyperstar (Carrefour) Hypermarket, in Lahore. The project cost was about 15 MLN US$. My main tasks included:

·         managing costs,

·         controlling schedule and costs
