o Project: Ecovias (SP-150-BN1 Highway) - Execution Phase

Control in time and cost the portfolio of projects in South America for the company. Develop project programming controls and schedule and resource reports, including product curves, and schedule S progress curves.

• Preparation of the baseline and up to date schedules in coordination with the Client.

The Cargo Transportation Route (CaTRo) constitutes part of infrastructure scope associated with the Future Growth Project (FGP). CaTRo enables delivery of modules and general cargo to the FGP construction site in Tengiz. The scope includes dredging of the marine channel (ca 71 Km long), construction of Cargo Offloading Facility including turning basin, two moorages and six berth.

2006-2011: Project controls leader – Yemen LNG project – TOTAL SA, Paris, Yemen

• Management expertise in cost, schedule, and risk monitoring from contract award to production

Accountable for all the Project Controls management functions. Developed and improved Project Controls procedures, contributed in the preparation of proposal, presented cost and schedule reports to management and clients. Supervised, mentored, and provided technical and leadership guidance to Project Controls personnel.

• Ensured that the project controls resources and project managers had the tools necessary tomonitor, track and report progress accurately
• Reviewed weekly progress reports prior to external client meetings and provided mentorship to project personnel
• Generated corporate tools to capture workforce and equipment data to establish right-sizing andimproved efficiencies

Project Controls Lead. Build and enable a decision-making tool to manage all water projects (full cycle) under MODON scope. Create a comprehensive interactive database to facilitate planning and control of all water projects (from pre-concept to design, detailed design, construction, commissioning. including tendering). Validate MODON water consumption standards with actual data from sites. Establish progress and status visibility of all project interdependencies.
