Ø  Preparation and Analysis of Detailed Schedules, Progress and Cash Flow Curves, Delays, Impacts & Claims.

Ø  Advising the management and client on critical issues, potential delays, claims and time impacts.

Ø  Preparation and follow up of Extension of Time & Cost Claims for contracting company.

Ø  As part of Project Management Organization, preparation of Evaluation Report and recommendation for contractor’s Extension of Time & Cost Claims.

06/2011 – Present           Balfour Beatty Major Civil Engineering -               Project Controls Engineer: Fit Out

Balfour Beatty Group is constructing Heathrow Terminal 2B as part of the reconstruction of Terminal 2 which has been demolished. The Terminal 2 project consists of 3 phases A, B & C of which I am employed on Phase B as part of the Project Controls team which consists of 5 Engineers.

Project Controls, Contract Administration, Cost Control, Project manager Assistant and Acting PM during project close out.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for Project Controls Work especially in scheduel development,Cost Estimating, Schedule & Cost Control and Performance Reporting.
