Project Controls & Contracts Manager

Management of the construction team in the south of England for Britspace Buildings their main clients are Home Office, British Transport Police, Court services, Minister of Justice and Minister of Defence.

Duties:

• Establish and implement the project control system and integration with administrative and operational procedure.
• Oversee preparation of the Project Master Schedule for Design and Construction and Contractor’s schedule.
• Administration of Contracts and Claims.
• Technical and commercial evaluation of bidders.
• Preparation of monthly narrative cost, schedule and financial reports.
• Ensure that Project Engineers, along with Quantity Surveyor are aware of and have a common understanding of their respective functions and responsibility.
