Project Controls Assistant Manager

A 408 km pipeline is being constructed to a new LNG plant of the coast of Peru. ISI Solutions will provide the EPC if the Telecommunications and SCADA System along the pipeline (14 Valve Stations, Main and Secondary Station 4 Pressure Control Stations).

Main Responsibilities are:

Reported to Project Controls Manager for the £23million Edinburgh Tram Design Contract. This involved reporting in both tabular and graphical form the Actual Cost, Forecast and Progress on the various design packages to our Client as well as Senior Management. Co-ordinated the Senior Design Managers and Planners to populate the P3e resource loaded programme which included sub-contractor resources. Conversed with Senior Team Members to control cost and schedule.
