Project Controls Manager for the Client. Review of the Main contractor schedule and cost control. Assisting the Project Manager in Cost Forecasting and auditing the contractor's schedule and progress. Cost Control and Forecasting for both client internal costs and contracts.

Reviewed and validated Project Manager, Engineer and Contractor project reports. Presented clear and concise reports, briefings and outlines to top management. Produce statistics and management reports on the performance of the management systems, to facilitate effective and efficient management reviews. Provide advice and guidance across the organization on quality management and the philosophy of continuous improvement. Manage the control of documentation to ensure all personnel have access to up to date procedures, work instructions etc. at all times.

In Charge of, the Project Control Division of several Projects covering the QR 340 Million Doha Twin Towers in West Bay, a QR 250 Million 200 Residential Villas in West Bay and the QR 485 Million New Texas College of Engineering in Qatar Foundation.

Establish project control procedures, develop progress measurement procedures for Contractor’s progress certification, Weekly & Monthly executive reports, Change Control procedures, Schedule Risk analysis.
