Review contract for scope and project control/ planning requirements, develop procedures, implement procedures, develop schedule, update schedule, implement/ update earned value measurement systems, identify variances and suggest corrective actions, develop client reports.
As Project Control Manager for utilities and infrastructure Sector for Hyder Consulting Middle East, I was responsible for schedule and cost control related matters. I was reporting to Project Control Director. Other than project planning and monitoring activities I was also responsible for developing and implementing earned value management, internal cost analysis & profitability measurement of projects within the organization. I was supporting business manager in preparing forecasts and budget for Abu Dhabi Office.
