Responsible for overall project planning. Updating detail Schedule, identifying Critical activities and highlighting it to Project Manager. Preparation of Monthly Project reports, Project Proposal Schedule.

Progress Calculation, Lag Analysis, Progress Reporting and Status of Deliverables. Analysis of Progress/Status, providing feedback with suggested corrective actions to Project Team.
