• Established and implemented project control systems espaecially in regards to time and cost management
• assisted project satff in the establishemtn and use of Promavera P6 ans other project control tools
• Assisted proect personnel on reporting of commitments, cash forecasting, variance analysis, preparation of budgets, plans and forecasts.
