Responsible and author of the methodology Promon Management System, designing architecture for continuous improvement by setting products, governance, and dashboards, all aligned with strategic business objectives, and implement processes, policies and business tools focused on project management competency and providing development teams and talents (70 people). Project Management Office Coordination. Several lectures and seminars in Brazil and abroad on PM themes, competency, learning process, strategic intent and alignment and PMO.
Project Progress Monitoring and Control.
Coordinating Project activities with Work Package Managers and Subcontractors, to move on with initial plan and continuous updates to meet the project requirements.
Help decision Makers to take their right decisions about any change or variation needed to accomplish project goals and scope within time scale and budgeted cost.
