• • Interacted with Clients and Contractors; conduct condition of satisfactions, requirements to make a workable Project Plan
  • Act as both project planner and scheduler, analyse the project contract requirements, constructability processes and evaluate various stakeholders’ involvement and conceptualize project planning and develop a schedule for a new project
  • Prepared Progress Reporting, Earned Value Analysis, Performance Factor calculation and establishing Construction Logic
  • Monitored company’s portfolio of projects, levelling resources across the portfolio

• • Prepare work program, progress measurement systems (PPMS) and develop suitable WBS for all activities. Incorporate all necessary procedures including HSE, QA/QC, HAZOP, HAZID, PSM processes and methodologies.
