Elaboration of control models and follow-up of project execution.Monitoring and management of quarterly and biweekly activities for feasibility analysis and increased productivity in the field. Preparation and monitoring of schedules of special works. I support the phases in the elaboration and detailing of monitoring operational schedules. Elaboration of WBS and Criteria of Physical Advancement.
