Planning & Scheduling Engineer

•  Prepare and maintain Project schedule;
• Assign milestones for Contractors for close monitoring of activities;
• Prepare Weekly (six weeks look ahead) and Monthly reports for Client;
• Evaluate variance of schedule with actual against planned and advice the concerned Contractor for sequence change or accelerations;
• Verify the scope of each Contractor against Contract in co-ordination with Contract Adminstrato

•  Prepare and maintain Master schedule & Working schedule;
• Conduct daily Site co-ordination meetings with Contractors, weekly co-ordination meeting with Client & Consultant;
• Provide daily to-do lists to concerned Department for Work execution;
• Monitor Site activities in relation with the to-do list and alter or change the master schedule in reference to the same;
• Identify and advice Project manage
