• Responsible for Planning & Scheduling of Planned Preventative Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Shutdown and Project activities and Rig schedules for 430 personnel on two offshore oil & gas producing installations and 40 satellite platforms in the Persian Gulf.
• Supervisor to two Schedulers, six contract planners, two SAP data entry clerks and two logistical operators.

Develops Level 1,2,3 Project Schedule and Critical Path Analysis for assigned project to be submitted to client for approval. Update schedule in weekly and monthly basis, and monitors site progress.

a.        Assigned to assist Project Manager, Superintendents and supervisors in monitoring construction activities. Ensure that the approved Project schedule ( in Primavera P3 )  is tracked as to actual progress.

• Assign milestones for Contractors for close monitoring of activities;
• Prepare Weekly (six weeks look ahead) and Monthly reports for Client;
• Evaluate variance of schedule with actual against planned and advice the concerned Contractor for sequence change or accelerations;
