·         Coordinate meeting with client and team, and assist with determining the project requirement.

Coordinator of a construction project audit assessment to analyze project deviaitons on cost, schedule, etc

Defining project needs for project control and reporting to meet client and project objectives. Supervising cost / time recording, monitoring and practices and performing cost and data analysis, identification of problems, finding options / solutions and making recommendations.

• Successful monitoring for ongoing company projects ahead of schedule by performing target plans for each on going projects along with combining all projects in one master plan for viewing all activity data
• Monitoring of the project master and short term programs (weekly, monthly) Preparation
• Preparation and issue of necessary reports to Head Office and/or Engineer / Employer in conjunction with the relevant staff
• Submission, follow-up and updatingof the project detailed construction program, materials procurement, shop drawings and labor
