GBM Minerals and Mining Engineering Planning Manager The contract objective was to advance GBM's focus on providing developed systems for scheduling and producing earned value analysis (EVA) and KPI data. •Provided expertise to develop new planning systems and hone existing project controls methodology to insure highest quality project controls methodology and best practice was clearly defined and understood. •Assisted in the updating of Project Controls, Planning and Engineering Procedures to reflect the developments in methodology and best practice.

Planning Manager for $1.7Bn Preparatory Works for Power Station in Bangladesh. Encompassing dredging, civil works, reclamation, construction. Liaising with client, project managers, sub-contractors to ensure full interfacing.
