Responsibilities: Co-ordination of all planning processes, including cost and schedule planning, on a £50 million bridge strengthening contract. Presenting and explaining results to senior management and engineering staff. Identifying opportunities for value engineering and negotiating changes to scope to improve value. Variation Analysis.
Responsibilities: Development of planning system for construction and design engineers to improve management and control of many projects totalling around £15 million annual turnover. Identifying areas for improvement in partnership performance and initiating change.
Lead a Team of Planners on a 5 year $1billion programme of works.
