• Represent the Company in planning related meetings with Clients
• Leading meetings with subcontractors, site managers, planning engineers to coordinate subcontract schedule and day-to-day operations.
• Provide supervision and assistance to planners in the development and integration of individual schedules into the total project plan.
• Produce the weekly reports and coordinating input from site managers.

1. November 2006 - December 2011 : Planning Manager - management and general supervisions for the planning deparment functions supporting projects raging from Oil & Gas, Industrial & Commercial Building projects within Eastern Region of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

§  Establishing and implementing a full management system in the company, including an information flow system, a recording system, time and cost monitoring system using Primavera and Excel as base.

§  Planning the project execution using the CPM, and monitoring the progress through time and cost control using Primavera and Excel.

Preparing weekly and monthly progress reports associated with an analysis to the status of the project and recommendations for any deficiency.

Michelin Tyre Factory, Phase 02 – EPC, Chennai:

Project Scheduler, Responsible for the Planning and scheduling of the EPC Project (75,000 Sqm). Performed key functions like Master Construction Schedule, L4 Schedule, Resource Planning, Site Planning, Procurement Matrix, Design Schedule, Client Interface Schedule, Vendor finalization support, Project Budget formulation, S Curves (Financial & Progress) Vendor Bill Certification Report.

An experienced Planning and Business Manager with good operational experience. This enables him to apply practical operational knowledge to the planning and Project Management requirements of individual projects.

He has over 30 years' experience in the Construction Industry industry and has expert planning, organisational and project management skills. This has facilitated the delivery of numerous projects to time, cost and quality.
