Responsible for the planning management for the HERMES PARK commercial development, Sofia, Bulgaria (Multifunctional shopping mall, entertainment and office blocks complex - Value €130M (FIDIC DB Contract).
Responsible for the contract and planning management for the IKEA Store , Sofia, Bulgaria (Trade Center, offices, restaurant, showroom, underground and over ground parking lots - Value €27M (FIDIC Contract).
All Planning related services in connection with a project to demolish an existing structure & construct a new building behind a retained facade. The new building will provide mainly office accommodation with retail areas on 3 levels and some residential units.
