Planning Manager

·         Working as Planning in Charge for huge green field project valued Rs. 593 Crores.

·         Planned and coordinated overall project formwork material mobilization, movement, utilization and optimization for 67 different structures spread across 350 acres.

·         Actively involved in finalization of specialized agencies/vendors by providing technical/costing inputs.

•   Reviewing, Creating of Programmes & Project Controls for all rail projects being undertaken by D&B

• Manage a team of 8 schedulers to ensure that the manual schedule has produced works schedule were fluid, cost effective and met health and safety objectives.
