PLANNING ENGINEER - Sr.

• Responsible for the development and maintenance of the jobs’ construction schedules, resource requirements in coordination with the relevant departments across the company.
• Develop and maintains status reports including labor productivity, schedule status, financial analysis, cost performance reports and earned value curves reports.
• Generates monitors and updates construction schedule, resource schedule and cash flow curve of assigned projects
• Coordinates with Cost Control and Construction in the calculation and updating of the Company’s productivity (manpower and equipment) rates

Project Planning & Scheduling: • Prepare Contract Program complete with full resource and cost loading and later continuously monitor and update the same i.e, Project Schedule/Contract Program. • Prepare weekly reports of actual progress against planned progress – ‘S’ curves, Manpower histogram, Status report and other as required by management. • Prepare and continuously update as built Program including maintaining record of actual resources employed.
