The Egyptian Styrenics Production company started to execute phase I (i.e. to build polystyrene plant based on imported styrene monomer feed).

The Plant is located on the Mediterranean Sea Coast, NW of Alexandria at Dekhila port

• Responsible for Overall construction, execution and supervision of ‘4’ Minor bridges (Span varies form 12.0m to 31.0mt), Culverts etc. as per the standards and specifications laid down by MORTH.
• Working out Actual Quantities as per the Cross sectional details given in the drawings.
• Preparation of Weekly / Monthly Progress Reports.

              Preparation of Petty Contractors bills

§  Develop schedules and project control at various phases to identify critical activities and possible consequences for mitigation actions.

§  Coordinate with the construction team for proper implementation and programme analysis.

§  Ensure compliance with specification schedules and budgets

§  Carry out and prepare critical path schedule analysis.
